The design of the Platine collection was a joint effort by a team of wine experts. The elegant bowl shape was designed to allow the wine to breathe, to bring out its aroma and bouquet making it a perfect choice for use in fine dining areas and wine bars. The range offers you the assurance that comes with the internationally recognized quality of glass makers Vicrila who were founded in 1890 and are one of the oldest surviving firms in the Basque Country. In addition all the glasses in the range have the benefit of being fully tempered making them up to 5 times more resilient than standard glass and shattering into safer, small pieces should they break. The range is suitable for intensive and professional use, banqueting and large scale catering projects.
