Swarfega® WASH & WIPE (formerly known as Solopol® Smooth) is a light duty hand cleaner with moisturiser for use without water for fast and efficient removal of day to day dirt and grime. This is perfect for all trades people who are on the go with no access to water, and whose hands come into contact with light to medium soiling. It contains glycerin to help prevent drying, and the lime fragrance is pleasant to use and leaves the skin smelling fresh. Designed for use with the Swarfega® Skin Safety Cradle (sold separately).
