Nothing nicer than a Knickerbocker Glory, thought to have first been made by a Mr J Crouch of Sherston in Wiltshire back in the 1920's it soon became a firm favourite with the population on both sides of the Atlantic. To do it justice it has to be served in this traditional dish.
