This twin pack comes with two complete units, each one being a full size 1/1 GN food pan that is 65mm deep plus a water basin and two fuel holders, as well as a lid and frame that has a lid support. All you need is some chafing fuel which is sold separately. A chafing dish is a very useful, if not to say, essential item for buffet service.
